What is Mobile Banking?
Mobile Banking is an internet-based service that allows you to access Online Banking from your cell or smart phone. You can view the following information when you access your checking, savings, CDs and loans:
- View account balances
- View transaction history
- View pending transactions
- Transfer funds
- Make loan payments or advances
Mobile Banking is a free bank service. Standard charges from your cell phone carrier for texting or web usage will apply.
What equipment do I need?
You must have a cell or smart phone with Internet access.
Is mobile banking secure?
Yes. All message exchanges between the cell phone and server are encrypted with a 128-bit encryption. Multifactor Authentication is employed and includes: User ID, One-Time Password and PIN.
I changed my cell phone provider. Can I still access Mobile Banking?
Yes, please contact National Bank of Middlebury at (802)388-4982 to modify the provider information, or if you have access to Online Banking, log in and select Options, then Edit Mobile Banking Options.
