eCorp banking allows you and selected staff members to:

• Combine and view both business and personal accounts.
• Arrange and title accounts according to your specifications using the customized viewing feature.
• Check account balances.
• View historical account information by accessing account statements from the last nine months and viewing check images from the past five years.
• Download transaction data to personal PC finance programs, such as Quicken or Quick Books.
• Transfer funds from one National Bank of Middlebury account to another and make loan payments.
• Administer wire transfers and ACH orders (i.e.direct deposit payroll, tax payments, and collections ).
• Assign employees different levels of security access and functionality.

Signing up for eCorp is easy.  Just print and complete the following applications and agreements:

• eCorp Application
• eDeposit Agreement
• ACH Application 
• ACH Agreement
• Wire Transfer Application (complete one application for each employee having account access)
• Employee Security Rights (complete one application for each employee having account access)

Once completed, you may drop off your applications at any of our conveniently located branches or mail them to:
