Annual Meeting
Middlebury National Corporation's Annual Shareholders Meeting is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. at the Middlebury Inn. All shareholders are invited to attend.

Teach Children to Save
As part of the National Teach Children to Save program, National Bank of Middlebury's Cathy Trudel will be conducting two classroom seminars on saving and budgeting, one at MUHS, May 7, and the other at Ripton Elementary School, May 13.
